1 Your Limited Warranty
Your original BE@RBRICK AUDIO product is covered by a warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase of a brand new, unused BE@RBRICK AUDIO product by the original purchaser. ERA TOYS LIMITED guarantees that the product is free from faults in the materials, design and workmanship when it was sold to the purchaser. If you are not able to submit the receipt when making a warranty claim you may be obliged to pay for any repairs carried out. Proof of purchase must clearly state the date of purchase, name of the product and authorised resellers’ details.
The Warranty Period cannot be extended or renewed due to subsequent resale or replacement of the product. This Limited Warranty does not affect your legal rights under your applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer electronic products. Defective parts replaced within the Limited Warranty Claim shall become the property of ERA TOYS LIMITED.
2 What Is Not Covered By The Limited Warranty?
Defects or damage resulting from or caused by: (i) ordinary wear and tear; (ii) accidents; (iii) misuse (including failure to follow Product(s) documentation); (iv) abnormal use; (v) neglect (including failure to perform preventative maintenance); (vi) disassembly; (vii) improper testing, maintenance, installation, modification, adjustment, repair, or servicing not furnished by Bearbrick or an authorized Bearbrick partner; (viii) external causes such as, but not limited to, theft, liquid damage, chemical products, exposure to sharp objects, exposure to excessive force, anomalies in the electrical current supplied to the Product(s), exposure to extreme thermal conditions, and exposure to moisture, dampness, sand, dirt, or other weather/environmental conditions (including as the result of improper storage); (ix) use of the Product(s) in conjunction with accessories, devices, ancillary/peripheral equipment, systems, software, or other matter not furnished or approved by Bearbrick; (x) age-related battery capacity loss; or (xi) scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Bearbrick.
The following is also not covered by the warranty: Product accessories such as chargers, cables, batteries, etc; Services provided by the company or any third party related to the product; Damage that occurs during transit will not be considered a defect.
3 How to Get Warranty Service?
If you wish to make a Warranty Claim within the Limited Warranty Period, please contact the reseller of your product for further help or reach out directly to the BE@RBRICK AUDIO Tech Support Team at usersupport@bearbrick.audio.
You will need to provide the proof of purchase and the affected part. Any defective parts covered by the Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Replaced or repaired parts provided during the Warranty Period will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for sixty (60) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer. 5 Service
To obtain service:
1. Please have the serial number of the unit available for reference.
2. Contact usersupport@bearbrick.audio from the email associated with your order and the
order number. Please describe the problem clearly and completely to Customer Service.
3. You
will be contacted back for online servicing.
4. You may be required to submit additional
information and evidence as requested by our Team.
5. If the problem cannot be resolved over
the phone, you may be required to send the unit in for service. In this instance, you will be provided with an RA
(Return Authorization) number which should be included on all shipping documents and correspondence regarding the
repair.
Any attempt to modify or replace components of the device will void your warranty. Service must be performed by an authorized ERA TOY’s service center.
6 My Warranty Has Expired - What To Do?
If more than 12 months have passed since your purchase, you are still eligible to receive service for your product. However, please note that all repair costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, any associated shipping fees will also be covered by the customer.

Delivery is scheduled for November 2024. Import duties and taxes are not included and may apply in your country. Orders ship from Hong Kong.
Address changes, color updates, or special requests aren't supported. Please review your order carefully before proceeding.
Cancellations are accepted within 72 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not yet shipped. Cancellations for customer convenience are not accepted after this period. Products cannot be cancelled once shipped.
