Shipping Policy
1 Delivery Schedule
Product delivery is scheduled for November 2024. Please note that customers cannot request specific delivery dates or times. While shipping is scheduled as described, delays may occur without notice depending on demand.
2 Global Express Carrier Delivery
All orders are shipped via Express Carrier Services, with delivery options depending on the destination country.
3 Customs Duties & Fees
Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
Please be aware that import duties and taxes are not included in the price and may apply upon arrival in the destination country. We recommend checking the details with your local customs authority. Customers are fully responsible for paying any applicable fees at the destination.
In the case of returning/exchange of the product, Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping of the product to us and back. If in such cases the shipping is not paid, we will be obliged to deduct it from the amount of the refund.
4 Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number on the same day your order ships. Prior to this, an order confirmation email will be sent upon successful placement of your order.
5 Ship-From Location
Orders are shipped from Hong Kong. BE@RBRICK AUDIO reserves the right to change the shipping origin without prior notification, but the shipping cost will remain as declared during checkout.
6 Ship-To Address
Orders must be shipped to residential addresses only. Shipping to warehouses or freight-forwarding addresses is not permitted. For special requests, please contact our Support Team.
7 Regional Shipping Policies
CHINA:
Shipping to China may be limited in quantity. Customs clearance is the customer's responsibility.
While placing the order, please enter your personal information in English at checkout to avoid confusion and potential shipping delays.>

TAIWAN & SOUTH KOREA:
The orders from South Korea or Taiwan follow the special shipping procedure. Customers must register with Taiwan Customs’ "EZ way" system prior to delivery.
Please note that you may be contacted prior to your order being shipped and asked for a Tax ID or other legally required documents to proceed.

JAPAN:

UKRAINE:
Due to the ongoing invasion, we cannot ship directly. Contact us at hello@bearbrick.audio for assistance and advice on how to proceed.
8 Bundled or Split Shipment Requests
We do not accept requests for bundled or split shipments after an order has been completed. Shipping costs are based on the weight and number of pieces, not the number of orders.
9 Changes to Your Order or Special Requests
Address updates, color changes, or any other modifications or special requests to orders are not supported. Please review your order carefully before proceeding. Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and final. If you anticipate moving, enter your new address at the time of purchase. In the case of typographical errors in the shipping address, we will assist in correcting them where possible.
10 Order Confirmation and Fraud Prevention
After placing an order, you should receive a confirmation email on the same day. While this typically indicates that your order will proceed for delivery, there may be exceptions.
We make every effort to fulfill all products listed in your order confirmation. However, we reserve the right to contact you for verification and further processing if:
- Legal obligations require it.
- Fraud is suspected. Our system may flag orders as potentially fraudulent. In such cases, we will request that you complete and sign an Order Confirmation Declaration form. An ID check may also be required.
- The shipping or contact information you provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date, which may prevent us from fulfilling your order.
Once we receive the signed Order Confirmation Declaration and any additional requested information, your order will be prioritized for processing. Please note that payment is processed upon order confirmation, even if further verification is required.
If no response is received within 5 business days of our notice, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Please note that the refund amount may differ slightly from what you paid due to currency conversion or bank fees, and we are not responsible for such difference.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if multiple orders from the same customer are detected or if any fraudulent activity is suspected. Orders may also be canceled if shipment forwarding to a single address is discovered after shipping. We do not respond to inquiries regarding specific reasons for cancellation. 11 Lost or Stolen Parcels
BE@RBRICK AUDIO is not liable for lost or stolen parcels. If your package is missing, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
12 Proof of Delivery
Proof of delivery on the Express Carrier's website serves as sufficient confirmation of delivery.
13 Returning Packages
Returns are only accepted if arranged through our Customer Support Team. Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging, including all components and instructions, and in the same condition as when they were received.
14 Disclaimer:
Please note that all delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Additional charges will be necessary for shipping addresses in remote locations.
We will do our best to ensure that the Product(s) is packaged in such a way as to minimize damage to the Product(s) during transit, but we are not liable for damage to the Product(s) as a result of transit. Therefore, please inspect the Product(s) upon receipt for any shipping damage and, if found, contact the delivery services directly.

Return Policy
1 Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 72 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not yet shipped. Cancellations for customer convenience are not accepted after this period. Products cannot be cancelled once shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact hello@bearbrick.audio using the email address associated with your order within 72 hours of placing the order. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation. For security reasons, we may not respond to cancellation requests if the email address does not match the one on the order.
We reserve the right not to process an Order that was placed by mistake (duplicated, does not contain all the necessary data, clearly erroneous, etc.)
2 Exchanges & Returns
Customers have the right to apply for an exchange or return of the product of proper quality within 7 (seven) days from the moment of receipt. After this period, the return/exchange of the product of appropriate quality is impossible. To request the return/exchange, please contact hello@bearbrick.audio using the email address associated with your order. Once we have approved your request, receive your returned product, and if such product passes inspection, we will replace your product or give you a full refund in accordance with the price you paid for the product.
We may choose not to accept returns in certain situations, including, without limitation, the following circumstances: (i) defects or damages caused by misuse, neglect, physical damage, tampering, incorrect adjustment, normal wear and tear, or incorrect installation after purchase; or (ii) price fluctuations being the sole reason for return.
In all cases, we will inspect the product and verify any fault. To qualify for a replacement or refund, products must be in undamaged, ‘as new’ condition and with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product returned is reasonably deemed to have been damaged.
In the case of returning/exchange of the product, Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping of the product to us and back. If in such cases the shipping is not paid, we will be obliged to deduct it from the amount of the refund.
If the product is defective or incorrect, Customers can request its repair or replacement under the Warranty Terms. Damage that occurs during transit will not be considered a defect.
The warranty applies only under certain conditions. You may be required to submit additional information or evidence along with your request. You can read our full Warranty via the link.
3 Refunds
Any refund will be credited back using the same payment method used for the original purchase on this website. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after initiation. For inquiries regarding delays in posting the refund to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank.
Please note that any refunded amount may differ slightly from the amount you paid due to bank and conversion fees charged by your payment provider, for which we are not responsible.
